    BOOKING FEE & HOW IT WORKS:
    At time of booking an appointment for a treatment a non refundable booking fee is payable,

    This amount will be deducted from the price of your treatment.

    If you have a voucher no booking fee will be taken, however if you do not give us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment a fee will be deducted from your voucher.
    Your appointment will only be confirmed after the booking fee has been paid.
    Changes to your appointment can only be made up to 48 hours before your appointment.

    Cancellation policy for pre paid treatment courses 

    Please note that unless 48 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or if appointments are not attended you will be charged at 100% of treatment cost, this will be deducted from your treatment course as you are receiving courses at a discounted price.

    The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
